The Disabilities TrustRunning to inspire others - mainly my children that getting out and doing some exercise is not only invaluable to your physical health but your mental wellbeing too. A huge challenge for me and anything I can do to raise funds for others is heartwarming
How do you plan to recover after the marathon?
Hydrate well, hot salt bath and how I’d love to slip my tired feet into some Oofos (especially as I’m crew on a 10 hour long haul flight the next day 😫)
